Scope
This policy describes information handled through GERANO PRIME's storefront, customer support, and order services. Cart and device-saved account data are stored in your browser until you clear them.
Information we handle
Depending on how you interact with us, this may include identifiers and contact details; shipping and billing details; order, return, and support history; communications; browser and device information; approximate location derived from IP address; and cookie or local storage identifiers. A live payment processor may receive payment credentials directly; GERANO PRIME should not store full card numbers.
Sources and purposes
We receive information from you, your browser, service providers, carriers, and fraud-prevention partners. We use it to operate the site, process and deliver accepted orders, provide support, prevent fraud, maintain records, comply with law, and improve reliability. Marketing messages are sent only when lawfully permitted and include an opt-out.
Disclosure
Information may be disclosed to vendors performing hosting, commerce, payments, delivery, communications, security, accounting, or legal services; to authorities when required; and as part of a business transaction. Vendors are limited to information reasonably needed for their role. We do not currently sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising.
Cookies and browser storage
Essential browser storage supports cart, interface, and device-saved account state. Analytics are currently not enabled, and targeted advertising is not enabled. See the Cookie Notice for controls and current categories.
Retention and security
We retain data only as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, legal obligations, dispute resolution, security, and recordkeeping. Duration varies by data type and relationship. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no system or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and US state rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy, and may opt out of sale, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. Colorado residents may appeal a denied request. We will explain verification steps and will not discriminate for exercising a protected right. Authorized agents may submit requests when legally permitted and properly documented.
Universal opt-out signals
If we later engage in processing covered by an opt-out right, the production service must recognize legally required universal opt-out mechanisms, including qualifying Global Privacy Control signals. The website does not currently conduct sale or targeted-advertising processing.
Children and changes
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. We may update this policy and will post the revised date and provide additional notice when required.
