Agreement and eligibility
By using the site you agree to these terms and linked policies. You must be able to enter a binding contract and provide accurate, authorized account and order information.
Products and third-party brands
GERANO PRIME curates products made by third parties. Product names, photographs, specifications, and manufacturer marks identify their respective owners and do not imply that GERANO PRIME manufactured the item or that a brand endorses GERANO PRIME. Colors, packaging, and minor details may vary; material errors will be corrected when discovered.
Prices, availability, and orders
Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Tax and shipping are determined using the destination and information shown at live checkout. Displayed availability is not a guarantee of supplier stock. An order is an offer to buy and is accepted only when we send an express acceptance or shipment confirmation. We may reject or cancel an order for errors, unavailability, fraud concerns, or legal reasons and will release or refund applicable authorization.
Payment and fulfillment
A live checkout may request payment authorization from the selected provider. Displayed payment logos are informational and availability is confirmed at checkout. Shipping, delay, return, and refund terms are governed by the linked policies. Risk and title transfer only as provided by applicable law and the confirmed shipping terms.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, interfere with security, scrape in a way that harms service, submit malicious code, impersonate others, violate law, or use content beyond personal shopping without permission.
Intellectual property
GERANO PRIME owns or licenses its site design, editorial content, code, and GERANO PRIME branding. Third-party product content and marks remain with their respective owners. No ownership transfers through site use.
Warranties and liability
Manufacturer warranties, if any, are identified with the product or manufacturer. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site is provided without implied guarantees beyond non-waivable consumer rights. Any exclusion or limitation of damages applies only to the extent lawful and does not limit liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by applicable law without overriding mandatory protections that apply where you live. Governing-law, venue, and dispute language will be finalized through qualified counsel before live transactions. Updated terms apply prospectively from their posted date unless law requires otherwise.
